Au-del\u00e0 des attaques classiques sur la gouvernance ou la strat\u00e9gie, les critiques portent \u00e9galement sur les pratiques des groupes en <strong>mati\u00e8re environnementale<\/strong> ou leurs <strong>ambitions climatiques<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les activistes les plus r\u00e9put\u00e9s comme de nouveaux entrants ont identifi\u00e9 un <strong>levier puissant<\/strong>, qui peut avoir des r\u00e9percussions retentissantes, depuis le <strong>risque r\u00e9putationnel<\/strong> jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la n\u00e9cessaire <strong>r\u00e9vision d&#8217;un&nbsp;<em>business model<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em>jug\u00e9 \u00e0 terme destructeur de valeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actionnaires traditionnels s&#8217;y engouffrent \u00e9galement, il en est de leur responsabilit\u00e9 fiduciaire&nbsp;; leurs clients&nbsp;<em>millenials<\/em>&nbsp;ne leur pardonneraient pas de se montrer insensibles.
