Ils sont 60% sur le plan mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La responsabilit\u00e9 du comit\u00e9 d\u2019audit pour la supervision du process d\u2019identification et d\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques climatiques et de la prise en compte du climat dans les \u00e9tats financiers fait consensus au niveau international. Cependant, le \u00ab manque de comp\u00e9tence \u00bb contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 freiner les initiatives. En effet, presque 40% d\u2019entre eux ne se consid\u00e8rent pas \u00ab comp\u00e9tents en mati\u00e8re de climat \u00bb et rencontrent donc des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, il est important de souligner que si la prise de conscience commence \u00e0 se faire,<\/strong>&nbsp;il<strong>&nbsp;apparait n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong>&nbsp;de poursuivre les efforts pour s\u2019assurer que le sujet est trait\u00e9 au plus haut niveau : encore un tiers des administrateurs interrog\u00e9s en Europe estiment que les actions sont lentes et&nbsp;<strong>peu significatives.<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est donc crucial de mettre en place les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour permettre aux comit\u00e9s d\u2019agir \u00e0 leur \u00e9chelle :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e8s de 50% des membres de comit\u00e9 d\u2019audit de la zone EMEA d\u00e9clarent ne pas disposer des informations, des capacit\u00e9s et du mandat n\u00e9cessaires pour assumer leurs responsabilit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de climat.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour trouver des solutions, le rapport a cibl\u00e9 les principaux obstacles internes et externes \u00e0 l\u2019engagement climatique des comit\u00e9s.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les obstacles internes :&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;absence d&#8217;une strat\u00e9gie claire, avec un plan d\u2019action et de responsabilisation sur la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone (vot\u00e9 \u00e0 65%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La mauvaise qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et des informations de gestion (46%)&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les obstacles externes :&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le manque de standards de reporting communs au niveau global (vot\u00e9 \u00e0 60%)&nbsp;<\/li><li>Les changements constants dans l\u2019environnement r\u00e9glementaire (50%)&nbsp;<\/li><li>Le manque de consensus (pr\u00e8s de 50%)<\/li><li>L\u2019absence de coalitions sectorielles&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, les r\u00e9pondants recommandent trois principaux axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour faire rapidement \u00e9voluer les comit\u00e9s dans la lutte contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique :&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9ducation climatique<\/strong>&nbsp;des comit\u00e9s d&#8217;audit (88%)&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Garantir une bonne information<\/strong>&nbsp;de gestion dans le cadre des rapports r\u00e9guliers au conseil d&#8217;administration (81%)&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Avoir un alignement interne entre la strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;entreprise et la strat\u00e9gie climatique<\/strong>&nbsp;(78%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la raison de l\u2019engagement de Deloitte au c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Chapter Zero France en tant que membre fondateur dont l\u2019\u00e9tude reprend \u00e9galement une interview de la pr\u00e9sidente Monica de Virgilis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>J\u2019invite les membres des comit\u00e9s d\u2019audit \u00e0 s\u2019appuyer sur les travaux conduits par la TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures), mis en place par le Conseil de stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re (FSB) et dont les recommandations constituent une grille d\u2019analyse universelle pour penser et anticiper les ruptures profondes \u00e0 venir.<\/p><cite><strong>Catherine Saire<\/strong>, Associ\u00e9e Developpement Durable Deloitte France,<br>Membre de la Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>L\u2019\u00e9tude Deloitte montre que pour les entreprises, la mise en mouvement est difficile.
