L\u2019Institut fran\u00e7ais des administrateurs (IFA), Ethics&Boards et Chapter Zero France publient la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du barom\u00e8tre des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations consacr\u00e9 aux objectifs climat dans la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des dirigeants du SBF 120.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take-aways: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le nombre de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du SBF120 <\/strong>ayant int\u00e9gr\u00e9 des crit\u00e8res de performance dans la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable (CT et\/ou LT) de leur CEO est pass\u00e9e de 95<\/strong> en 2022 \u00e0 105<\/strong> en 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les crit\u00e8res de performance climatiques quantitatifs prennent de plus en plus d\u2019ampleur dans le SBF 120<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 LT : 65 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en 2023 vs 54 en 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 CT : 53 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en 2023 vs 43 en 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les crit\u00e8res de performances <\/strong>climatiques\/ environnementaux quantitatifs sp\u00e9cifiques, la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions GES, qui \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 le 1er crit\u00e8re utilis\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, fait un bon substantiel en 2023, en particulier dans la politique LT, d\u00e9sormais largement adopt\u00e9 par les entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 LT : 53 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en 2023 vs 24 en 2022, soit + 121%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 CT : 33 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en 2023 vs 24 en 2022, soit + 37,5%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2022, le taux de r\u00e9alisation des crit\u00e8res de performance annuels li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction d\u2019\u00e9missions GES<\/strong>, pour les 29 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ayant communiqu\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats, est de 125,7% (en 2021, 124%) et d\u00e9passe le taux de r\u00e9alisation global des objectifs, de 118% (en 2021, 134%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette surperformance pourrait \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont fait des r\u00e9els progr\u00e8s mais ces progr\u00e8s ont peu d\u2019impact sur les \u00e9missions globales qui, elles continuent d\u2019augmenter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas fix\u00e9 des objectifs assez ambitieux ou pas align\u00e9s avec leurs objectifs 2030<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Les indicateurs ne sont pas les bons, par exemple, excluent le scope 3 (dans certains cas dans le LT) qui est pour certaines industries la composante pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante et souvent situ\u00e9e en dehors du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre UE27<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les 29 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ayant communiqu\u00e9 le niveau d\u2019atteinte des objectifs GES sur le CT 2022 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 18 ont un objectif 2030 valid\u00e9 par SBTi<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 6 mentionnent dans leur rapport r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration l\u2019alignement de l\u2019objectif annuel \u00e0 l\u2019objectif 2030 valid\u00e9 SBTi<\/p>\n\n\n\n
